Apartment "El Rincón at Alameda del Mar" close to the Beach with Pool & Wi-Fi

Please be aware that, starting October 1, 2024, significant changes to Spanish tourism laws will come into effect. The maximum permitted stay will be limited to 10 days by law. The holiday apartment El Rincón at Alameda del Mar is located in Playa Flamenca, just a short walk from the beach. The 76 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV.



The apartment features a large balcony that receives afternoon sun and overlooks the pool, furnished with comfortable garden furniture. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area, which includes two pools surrounded by lush greenery and an outdoor shower.

Pros: I have stayed in Playa Flamenca 5 times now and it has always been enjoyable. It is busy enough but not too busy, to meet everyone's needs. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival when we were met by Helen, the property manager. Also all the amenities were great including a 42" TV for the kids to watch DVDs while they chilled out, to sun loungers available to take to the pool. The balcony had a great view of the pool without being right at the pool, and you get the sun on the balcony in the late afternoon/evening. Finally, the owner Jimmy, was very attentive and communicated regularly before the holiday to ensure everything was in place. Definitely would stay at this apartment again!

Pros: Myself and family had a wonderful time here at the el rincon apartments. Two nice sized pools commercial centre with plenty of restraunts to choose from only 5 to ten minute walk away. Beach only 15 minute walk away there is an under pass just down the road from the commercial centre to access the beach do not try cost the road as we seen people do as it is very dangerous. There is a smaller commercial centre even closer if you go out the side gate where there's is a few bars and a lovely Nepalese restraunt . For the price we paid the apartment was excellent value and as we were there in the height of a heatwave the airconditioning was a god send. The area itself has plenty to offer if you do your research. Once again thank you Jimmy for everything I'm sure we will return in the near future kind regards David and family

Pros: I travelled with my 2 teenage daughters. I picked Jimmy’s apartment because it was very reasonable on price for a 2 week stay and the photographs of the apartment looked lovely. On arrival we were certainly not disappointed. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very clean, modern and with everything we could possibly ask for for our stay. Plenty of amenities nearby. Jimmy’s was a pleasure to communicate with and everything just went through really smoothly from booking to arriving, throughout the stay and upon departure. The complex is beautiful and Jimmy’s apartment has a lovely view over the pool. I would absolutely recommend a stay here and if I visit the area again I would book Jimmy’s apartment again in a shot. Just a really, really lovely and modern place to stay. I just don’t have any negatives to put forward. Thanks for a fabulous stay Jimmy.

Pros: Excellent apartment, very convenient location, walking distance from all local shops, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. We were met on arrival as part of the meet and greet service by Helen and her husband Chris who showed us all the amenities including covered allocated parking. The apartment is well laid out and appointed with all the modern conveniences. Spotlessly clean throught including the bathrooms that are generally neglected in most holiday lets. The hair-dryer was an appreciated feature. Both bedrooms with ensuite facilities ideal for families or two couples ensuring privacy. Large fridge to stock up on "refereshments" of the liquid variety and well equipped kitchen with oven, hob & microwave giving one the option of preparing or warming up meals. Huge balcony with view of the pool and well kept gardens. Loved the large screen TV and DVD player for relaxing in front of after a day spent on the beach or by the pool side, lots of English channels so don't feel homesick. The washing machine and iron ensured we did not have to bring mountains of dirty laundry home with us. On the whole an enjoyable stay and will definately return again perhaps for longer.

Pros: My partner 20 year old daughter and I stayed stayed at this 2 bedroomed apartment in the Almeda Del Mar area of Playa Flamenca from 3rd -12 September.The apartment has everything described in the "facilities" section of the advert for this property.It is on the second floor of a secure gated apartment complex (key hob entry) and had good views of the swimming pool and enjoyed afternoon/early evening sunshine.There seemed to be only about 1/5 occupancy of the other apartments so there was plenty of room in and around the (heated ) swimming pool.Pool and surrounds very clean ,(notice states food and drink prohibited -which largely seemed to be adhered to ) There is a Lidl supermarket about 5 mins walk away and a second larger supermarket(we loved the fresh fish selection) a further 5 mins away.Numerous bars and restaurants and some smaller shops within 10 minutes walk plus a bank. The two nearest beaches are 15-20 minutes walk away .We went several times and the water was pleasantly warm enough to swim in and the beaches were very clean with lots of bins. regarding eating out we liked the Asturia near punta prima roundabout which had an extensive menu with some Spanish specialities.The Chinese buffet next to Mcdonalds at punta prima was excellent value for money (9 euros per person with lots of the meat and fish cooked freshly in front of you) apart from one rainy day the weather was excellent ,all day sunshine around 26-28 centigrade every day. all in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely go to this apartment again .

Jammer dat de balkons zo dicht bij elkaar zijn en dat je het idee het dat je bij elkaar op het bord kan kijken. Ook is het een beetje een gehorig complex.(boven en onder buren die met stoelen schuiven).Zwembaden lekker warm, omgeving perfect, alles op loop afstand, Lidl op loop afstand. Prachtige stranden. Wij hebben erg genoten en zijn erg vriendelijk benaderd door de verhuurder en de sleutelhouder. Wij gaan zeker een keer weer!
