No air con only problem with this place and as it’s by the sea keeping the windows open was bad for mosquitoes and insect bits But amazing place and top class view

Pros: a lovely clean apartment, with a beautiful view over benidorm and the beach. Within 5 min walk of the nicest part of benidorm (the old town). It can get a little noisy of a night time but this can only be expected in benidorm, however the noise is just music and general laughing and talking. All in all I would recommend this apartment and I will certainly use it again.

Pros: The apartment was fab, the only thing was the lady who met us on arrival could not speak one word of english, it would have been good if there was someone there so we knew how things worked, we were with some friends and could not work the boiler for the second bathroom so we all had to use one bathroom, I was disapointed with this but overall you could not get a better location and the apartment was very clean, I will certainly stay again but will be prepared for the language barrier.

Pros: Front line property on 4th floor overlooking Levante beach with amazing views. Located towards the old town close to Heartbreak hotel, Daytona, Subway, Burger king, many shops, bars and restaurants. No problem picking keys up and arranged with Sebastian who manages the property. Floor could have been cleaner but generally the apartment was clean and tidy, check gas bottles are plentiful as we ran out on the last day even though we hardly used it. Located above Ku lounge/cafe which in season plays music through the night. This did not bother me as I didn't think it was too loud but my husband's opinion was different. Overall the property is clean, spacious and in a great location.

Не было горячей воды во второй ванной и на кухне, даже после того, как нам заменили газовый баллон. Очень проблематично было подключить wi fi. Спасибо большое Анне, которая нас встретила, она нам здорово помогла, позвонила и договорилась о подключении интернета. Я готова заплатить сразу на 22 евро больше за пребывание, и не мучиться так с подключением. Плюсы : Вид на море Местоположение отличное- все в шаговой доступности - пляж, магазины и рестораны. Квартира просторная и удобная. Несмотря на минусы, я бы вернулась сюда снова)) Спасибо)

Pros: Het was een hele leuke locatie waar we met veel plezier aan terug denken. Zon, zee, strand onder handbereik! echt leuk was het uitzicht en de mensen die aan de boulevard langs wandelen. Alle in het huisje was keurig op orde. er stond alleen dat er een dvd was en die is inmiddels vervangen voor een digitale decoder, dus konden de kinderen geen dvd kijken. tv is niets op wat ons boeide maar heb je ook niet nodig met dit geweldige uitzicht. bakker, winkel, en afhaal kebab/burgerking alles bij de hand. echt super vakantie gehad!!

Den ene dusjen hadde ikke varmt vann, og sluken var tett.Det var en type gassbereder i kjøkkenskap der det var en etnt flamme den første dagen. Vi prøvde å tenne den, men det virket som den var tom for gass. Så det sto en slags gasstank i underskap, men vi turde ikke prøve å ordne dette, siden det var gass og vi aldri hadde vært borte i dette før. Hyggelig dame som tok imot oss, men hun snakket kun spansk. Den nydeligste utsikten mot stranden!

Pros: Het appartement is schitterend gelegen aan de boulevard van Benidorm. De ontvangst door Claudia Sebastian was hartelijk, maar aangezien zij bijna geen woord engels spreekt, was het bijna onmogelijk om te communiceren.Het appartement was redelijk schoon, maar in de badkamer lagen nog veel haren. Na 2 dagen hadden we geen gas meer. Er stond wel een gasfles in de hal, maar deze was ook leeg. Na een heel moeizaam telefoontje naar Claudia, kwam de concierge van het appartementencomplex een nieuwe fles brengen en aansluiten. De waakvlam van de gasgeiser ging herhaaldelijk uit, waardoor één van de badkamers geen warm water had. Er lagen ook geen handleidingen van hoe verschillende apparaten moesten worden bediend. Kortom het appartement is groot, prachtig gelegen, maar er mankeert nog wel het één en ander aan.
