Luxury apartment on the Levante Benidorm beachfront with direct access to it, has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

The apartment is tastefully-furnished, is a new build, and is 98 m². The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of waterfront.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, fenced garden, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, childrens area, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, covered parking the same building, 2 TVs.

In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.



-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (high season can be delayed at 6:00 p.m.)

-Check-out before 11:00h

A great starting point to discover all of Benidorm!

Great location, spacious, clean and perfect for both quiet and noisy parts of Benidorm! Communication was great with the vendor but didn’t realise we had to pick up keys a short way from the building, but this was all explained prior to arrival. Only negative I could possibly mention (which didn’t bother us at all) is that you are only on level 1, it’s just above the restaurant, great for people watching but they can see you too when looking out.

Excellent stay. Would fecommend snd would book again.

Excellent location and view. Apartment clean and tidy. Limited hot water at shower times with 6 people. Electric kept tripping for no reason. Some bathroom fixtures and fittings need upgradingrenewing.

amazing location and great facilities.

a well set out apartment right on the beach front. easy walking distance along the seafront to many restaurants we had a little trouble finding the office with the keys but once you know where it is it’s easy to find.

Great apartment close to the beach and the 'strip'

The accommodation was as described, exactly as it looked on the photos. Beautifully styled and comfortable. Great location if you want to be on Levante Beach and also experience the bright lights of benidorm!

Really nice apartment, well situated for all bars and cafes. Really like having the washing machine. Staff very friendly. Just a little damp in the top corner of the ensuite bedroom.

Brilliant, Benidorm at its bonkers best.

very spacious and clean with a fabulous view of the sea Nothing, although the location is very near one of the loudest bars on the seafront. so if you want peace and quiet this isn’t the place for you.

The location was perfect

The location was perfect. There was plenty of room, and it was clean and tidy. The only issue was that a large group of young men arrived who didn't respect other residents. Playi g load music and shouting to the esrly hours of the morning. But no fault of the apartment.

Torre Yago apartments

The location was right on the beach so being able to listen to the sea was amazing! The apartment is very clean modern and has everything you need, including a washing machine which we did use especially the towels that were provided and our own beach towels! Both bathrooms were great very big modern powerful showers which was great when you've been on the beach! We all loved it and would highly recommend to others. The first bedroom as you go nto the apartment is a small double room and the bed wasn't quite big enough but the ensuite bathroom was very big and modern with a fantastic shower.

Family short break 2023

Location was excellent and reasonable size No small Wasing up liquiddishwasher tabletsdish cloth which I have had with previous apartments. Problem with front door key which didn't work and caused delay and issues. We needed two working sets.
