Here, you’ll find a beautiful natural property on the outskirts of Melzow, just 200 meters from the forest, which is perfect for hiking. In town, there’s a small swimming lake with a playground, and 5 km away is the very clean Oberuckersee, which is also ideal for stand-up paddleboarding.<br>The 1,450 m² property is intended for exclusive use. The large, renovated terrace behind the house, with its magnificent view of nature, offers a romantic atmosphere. From the cozy lounge, you can enjoy the sunset. You can relax on a large lawn perfect for playing and sunbathing.<br>The house can accommodate up to 3 people. The bedroom features a 1.80 m wide bed with an adjustable slatted frame and a smart TV. The second room has a 0.90 m x 2 m bed and a desk; a crib is also available upon request. Both bedrooms have been renovated.<br>The fully equipped kitchen-living room features a cozy sitting area, a fireplace (including firewood), a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric kettle. <br>The small bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a heated towel rack. Linens are not included in the price, but you are welcome to order a linen package with bed linens and towels for €15 per person separately at<br><br> .<br>In the sunroom overlooking the terrace<br>, you can still enjoy the<br>beautiful natural surroundings and relax even when the weather is bad.<br><br>There is a stone grill in front of the historic stable. Garden furniture is provided. The property features a pond that is 1.50 m deep. Parking is available on the property. <br>Shopping options are available in Warnitz, Gramzow, and Prenzlau. Prenzlau is also home to a nature adventure park that’s well worth a visit for children. If desired, you can book a wellness day at the Panoramahotel (5 km away).
