Die Anlage Solaris wurde erfreulicherweise renoviert. Im Flur und in den Zimmern finden sich nun Akustikpaneele, die die Umgebungsgeräusche dämpfen und für mehr Ruhe sorgen. Die Lage in der Sackgasse sorgt für Entspannung vom Alltagsstress. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jeweils rund 5 Minuten entfernt, habe das Auto während des Aufenthaltes nicht gebraucht. Das Solaris werde ich weiterhin als Ferienwohnung in Grömitz empfehlen.

Die Wohnanlage ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Das Appartement mit separatem Schlafzimmer war perfekt mit Kleinkind. Die Möbel sind sehr modern, nur das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber.Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen

Wir "bewohnen" schon seit 17 Jahren dieses Apartment und sind somit auch schon beim Vorbesitzer immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Seit der Übernahme durch den neuen Besitzer vor ca. 10 Jahren hat dieser immer wieder von Jahr zu Jahr Renovierungen und Verbesserungen vorgenommen, sodass das Haus nun auf einen zeitgemäßen Zustand gebracht worden ist. Die einzelnen Wohnungen werden immer wieder mal neu möbliert und verbessert. Bei akut auftretenden Mängeln oder Schäden wie defekten Küchengeräten etc. wird sofort reagiert und repariert oder durch vorrätige neue Geräte ersetzt. Das alles geht dann extrem problemlos durch und mit dem sehr freundlichen und zuverlässigen Hauspersonal und der Rezeption. Auch für nächstes Jahr haben wir unsere beiden Urlaubstermine jetzt schon vorab wieder gebucht.

Ein schönes und zentral günstig gelegenes Appartementhaus in welches wir schon seit 16 Jahren jeden Sommer gerne einbuchen. Kurze Wege zu Promenade und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sodass man alles bequem per Fuß erledigen kann. Für Einkäufe werden einem sogar Einkaufstrolleys zur Verfügung gestellt (kostenlos!). Auch bei unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen wird den Gästen schnell und unbürokratisch geholfen. Im September sind wir dann wieder dort.
