The whole condo is yours. There are NO shared spaces within the condo.
You will use a code to enter the unit door.

I am available every day between 8 am to 10 pm to answer questions. I live 10 minutes away as well as work at The Appalachian so I am here when you need me

The Neighborhood is Rural meaning it`s best to have a car

The neighborhood is Rural. That means it`s best to have a car. There are many things to do in the surrounding area but you will need to look for them. You can walk to the Ski lifts, Water-park and restaurants at the Red Tail Lodge next door when they are open for the seasons. Off season I recommend a car

*Please let me know if you are arriving after hours. Be sure to fully understand the check in details if you are planning on arriving after working hours
*Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the property. True ADA certified Service animals are welcome. Be aware you will get checked and spoken to constantly if you bring a pet
