The view alone makes this place special. The condo is enormous, comfortable and a terrific home base for exploring Cleveland. We stayed with our two adult children for a long weekend and had plenty of room to spread out, while the huge living area gave us a great place to come back together at the end of the day. Watching the river, bridges and city from above became part of the trip. The Flats location worked extremely well for us, with easy access to downtown, Ohio City and the lakefront. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and common areas had everything we needed. Our only frustration was arrival and parking. The building has multiple entrances and levels, and the instructions could be clearer about which entrance to use, how the garage works, and how to get from parking to the unit. We even managed to get temporarily trapped in the parking area before figuring things out. A simple step-by-step arrival guide with photos would make a huge difference.Once we learned the building, though, we loved being here. Spacious, memorable, spectacular views and a genuinely fun place for our family to call home for four days in Cleveland. We would absolutely stay here again.
