Beautiful middle unit in a terrace house for 4 people, with a bathroom with shower on the upper floor and a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

Large living/dining area with an electric fireplace, satellite TV, and a stereo system. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, toaster, etc. The living area also features an electric fireplace.

A washing machine is located on the ground floor; an iron and ironing board are also provided in the house.

On the upper floor are 2 large bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds) with hypoallergenic bedding. Each bedroom has an additional TV with a built-in DVD player. On this floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

The house is fully equipped with easy-to-clean floors (light-colored vinyl flooring in the living area), and all rooms have smoke detectors.

The patio is furnished with comfortable high-back armchairs, a table, and a parasol. The garden is fully fenced, making it ideal for children or your pet.

A high chair and a cot, as well as books and games, are available free of charge.

One dog is allowed upon request.

The nearby ferry terminal allows for excursions to the islands of Norderney and Juist. The surrounding dikes and bike paths invite you to take long rides through the expansive countryside. An ideal starting point for families, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to experience the North Sea up close.
