Why they chose this property

We are on a dirt road, though bikeable with skinny tires, at the very edge of town, Passed the last stoplight. It is so quiet here! If we hear a plane, we look up wondering why because there are no standard flights over us. 1.5 miles from the base of Mt. Lemmon means we can launch up to 9,000 feet whenever we have the time. :) On bike or in car.

What makes this property unique

The backyard is a paradise! The whole house is colorful, comfortable and fun, but kicking back on our backporch, watching the 3-5 birdfeeders, listening to the fountain, enjoying the vast collection of exotic, native, and interesting plants with a view of the mountain where we so often play.
