Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We (8 adults and one small child) had a very nice time. The pool was great, and the beaches at Malinska are easy to get to by bicycle (or e-bike if you don’t want to sweat on the way home). The en-suite bathrooms were very practical for us, and the house was bright and comfortable. The response was quick and the very friendly caretaker was prompt in trying to fix the issues with hot water and AC that arose during our stay.

Dear KrK team, we stayed in your wonderful Villa Ocean for two weeks with eight people at the beginning of September. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal for excursions, and the airport is also 20 minutes away. The organization and process with the KrK agency are absolutely top-notch. Everything runs smoothly, from payment to any questions that arise during our stay. Perfect, we'd love to come back.

Villa Olive Ocean in Malinska - 9 Personen - 8 Nächte

Wir haben bereits im September unseren Urlaub auf Krk im darauffolgenden Juni gebucht. Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert, es wurden alle Anfragen immer zügig beantwortet. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft und Lage war genauso, wie wir es vorgefunden haben. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen, alle waren begeistert. Gerne wieder :-)

High-end vacation!

Vackert hus, fin inredning med vacker pool plats. Ej uppvärmd eller upplyst pool vilket hade varit skönt vid dåligt väder. Bra med toalett och fina garderober till varje rum. Elektriciteten räckte inte till och säkringar gick ofta när man körde diskmaskinen. Vi var en regnig vecka så ventilationen räckte inte till och atmosfären upplevdes fuktig. Gick inte att få igång värmen heller så blev lite kallt eftersom vädret inte var på topp. Bortsett från det var allt väldigt bra och bra kommunikation med både agent och ägare.

Special place!

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien 2024 mit zwei Familien in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Die oberen Zimmer haben sogar einen Balkon mit Hängematte. Der Pool ist sauber und das Grundstück ist gepflegt. Die Küche ist wertig ausgestattet. Das Haus ist relativ weit weg von Malinska. Es wird also immer ein Auto benötigt oder man ist 20 bis 30 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. Restaurants gibt es keine in der direkten Umgebung. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Special place!

Sehr schönes stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Zu unserer Zeit war aufgrund der Baustelle gleich nebenan starker Baulärm. Der Host hat sich in seinem Rahmen darum gekümmert. Leider hat es keinen Discount für die aktuelle Reise gegeben.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Makel

Liebevoll eingerichtet Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus und konnten von dort vieles unternehmen. Leider gab es auch ein paar nicht so schöne Dinge. Die Poolbeleuchtung, Sitzkissen und Schirmhalter waren defekt. Eine Baustelle nebenan, an der täglich (auch Sonntags) rund um die Uhr gearbeitet wurde, hat oftmals für schlechte Stimmung gesorgt. Die Qualität des Poolwassers war nach 10 Tagen nicht mehr die beste (trübes Wasser). Wir hätten uns da trotz mehrerer Telefonate mehr entgegenkommen gewünscht. Wenn die Poolbeleuchtung funktioniert und man die Sonnenschirme wieder nutzen kann, könne wir das Haus trotzdem weiter empfehlen.
