Art House is a beautiful, spacious two-story stone house (148 m2) that sleeps 6–8 people.
Awarded 4 stars by the Croatian Tourist Board.
In a sunny location, with a private pool, 5 km from the sea.
Private property (360 m²), beautiful garden, rectangular pool (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm).
Parking (for 3 cars) next to the house on the property.
Four-room house with three bedrooms and a living/dining room (30 m²) with a fireplace, an open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 glass-ceramic cooktops, freezer, electric coffee maker), and access to the pool.
Each room is equipped with satellite TV (flat-screen), air conditioning, and internet (Wi-Fi, free of charge).
The interior is tastefully furnished and decorated with paintings by academic artists.
The bedrooms on the first floor and first floor each have a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm).
The bedroom on the top floor is furnished with 2 beds (80 x 200 cm). The attic has sloped ceilings; ceiling height 140-300 cm.
Two bedrooms on the upper floors have an extra bed.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The bathroom on the first floor has a washing machine.
Terrace (30 m²), patio furniture, grill, outdoor shower, restroom.

Ideally located in Istria to explore this beautiful region from a quiet village, yet close enough to enjoy the beaches.
