Note for Light Sleepers: Due to our prime downtown location, occasional train activity may be heard at night. Locking Doors: Guests must always lock the balcony and main doors when leaving the property for security purposes.
Shoes Policy: Shoes must be removed at the door mat upon entering the suite to maintain cleanliness.
Weather Precautions: During rain or snow, windows and the balcony door must be kept closed to prevent water damage to the property and building.
Guests: No unregistered guests are permitted on the property.
Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
Smoking and Illicit Substances: Smoking and the use of any illicit substances are strictly prohibited in the building and unit. Violation will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Parties/Events: Parties or events are not allowed on the property. Violation will result in a $2000 fine and immediate eviction.
Keyfob Replacement: If the keyfob is lost or stolen, a $300 replacement fee will be charged.
Damaged Sheets Fee: A fee of $80 per set will be charged for any damaged sheets during the stay.
Deep Cleaning Fee: If the property is not left in the condition outlined in the cleaning checklist, a deep cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
Late Check-Out Fee (After 10 AM): A flat fee of $100 will be charged for any late check-out without prior arrangement.
Early Check-In: Early check-in at 1:00 PM is available for $35. Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Approval is subject to cleaning schedule and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out at 12:00 PM (noon) is available for $45. Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Approval depends on cleaning schedule availability.
Building Amenities: Guests are expected to use the building amenities such as the gym and game rooms respectfully and clean up after themselves.
