This 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, newly built condo is perfect for your escape to Cumberland/Indy. It's close (1-2 miles) to restaurants, shopping and stores. Easy entry with a front door keypad.

Featuring one queen bed and bath in the master and two full beds, with a full bath in the hall it offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Each bedroom has a 32-inch TV. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen features an open concept with a center island flowing into a living space with couches, chairs and a TV.

The upstairs loft doubles as a workspace and a TV room with a TV, DVD player and vintage movies as well as availability to streaming sites. The condo is equipped with wireless internet and wi-fi.
The place stays pleasant year-round with air conditioning and heat.

An attached 2 car garage provides off street parking. There is access to the popular Pennsy Trail a 6.2-mile out-and-back trail for road biking, running, and walking behind the condo. There is also a park located within the complex. Featuring playground equipment, grills and a shelter house.

Property was beautiful in pics but it’s the closest I got since the owner did not allow the stay since he thought I was going to have a party. Owner was rude, inconsiderate, and uncaring. Also, I’ve never had a single party at my property and have always left the property clean and undamaged.

Sorry for the issue and If I was rude, I apologize. However, I was advised by Vrbo that you were a high-risk person, to have a party at the property. Vrbo stated I needed to contact you and let you know parties are not allowed. I called, texted and emailed you. But you didn't respond. I contacted Vrbo about your non-responsiveness, and I waited 8 hours for a response. You only responded after I canceled your reservation. I told you Vrbo threatened to cancel my subscription if there was a party. If you had contacted me somehow within 8 hours, I would have honored your reservation. Because there have been unauthorized parties with serious consequences in Vrbo properties, property owners have to be careful and do their due diligence. But guests have to be responsive to property owners, who have a lot to lose
