The location is ideal for walking to local restaurants and festivities during Summerfest. With the window unit AC's, we were able to keep the upstairs nice and cool. There was a box fan to keep air circulating downstairs. The sensor lights were great!

Beautiful home, very spacious and great for larger families. Host thought of everything, had towels, extra blankets and breakfast fixings stocked. She was very quick to reply to messages and so kind! We loved the living room for hanging out and motion sensor lights throughout the house so we could move around in the dark without waking everyone up

This is a great place to stay, especially with a family. Lots of room, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and even has puzzles and games for people to play. The owner was very easy to contact and responded very quickly.

I've had another listing on the other side of this centrally located duplex for 2 years, currently with a 9.8 rating on VRBO. This is the other side of that duplex and it is even nicer.

Why they chose this property

You can walk to downtown, walk to the colleges and it is a quiet street. There is plenty of room for a big group, including a dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms as well as a screened porch.

What makes this property unique

There is really a lot of space! We also have new upgrades including lighting, new paint and new carpet.
