Historic Center Loft 104: Private Patio & Panoramic Rooftop Terrace
This loft is located in a restored manor house 6 blocks from the Cathedral, it is ideal for long stays thanks to its included washer-dryer, the only one in the entire building.
It features a living room with a 65-inch TV and a desk, two balconies that fill the space with natural light, a dining room for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (high-quality Luuna mattress), and a full bathroom. The double-pane windows help reduce street noise.
The Smart TV has access to Netflix and YouTube. There is no conventional television signal.
The shared panoramic rooftop terrace is one of the best amenities in the building. We kindly ask to keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION: Access is via 35 steps. There is no elevator.
The water heater is electric, so it is recommended to wait 15 minutes between showers to ensure hot water. Bathroom ventilation is limited, but opening the window helps significantly.
Although there may be some sound during the day being in the historic center, the double-pane windows make a notable difference. It is the small price for being right in the heart of the Historic Center! If you are very sensitive to noise, ask about other options we have to offer you :)
During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the loft can get warm. We do not have air conditioning, but we have provided household fans for your comfort.
We do not have parking. Upon confirming your reservation, we will share nearby parking options with you.
