Clean house with plenty of space for what we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and polite. Was very close to the venue we were at for the weekend. Everything was convenient. Only thing I would say to make the property better would be to have more cooking utensils, and amenities in the kitchen.

The house is nice and clean. The host is very good at responding in a timely manner. The only reason for giving less stars is because the AC wasn't working and with Bakersfield heat it is essential. The host let me know the day of our trip and he did try to get it fixed during our stay but it's something that should have been looked into before hand.
