Holiday Apartment with Private Pool near the Beach with 2 Terraces and Wi-Fi

Located just 300 m from Burriana Beach in Nerja, this holiday apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The villa was renovated at the end of 2023 and now features a modern kitchen and a new bathroom. The 39 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 children, a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, outdoor grill and washing machine), 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, as the sofa bed may be too narrow for 2 adults.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The apartment has a private outdoor area with a pool (open all year), open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. The pool area is stylishly furnished for dining and sunbathing and also has a party tent.



The property is a 10-minute walk from the center of Nerja. Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. The property has no steps inside.



An extra bed for a third and fourth guest can be provided for an additional fee. A cot and high chair can also be requested for a fee. Please note that at the time of your visit, there may be government regulations regarding water usage that affect the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water use.

We have rented quite a few places in nerja over the years and this one is great as the private pool is a decent size for an apartment. It's lovely at night when all lit up. It's also very close to the beach compared to most places in nerja.

The only issue we had was that the bed was not a double, but 2 singles pushed together. The owner was very helpful with any queries that we had. Good location to the beach, but on quite a steep hill, but that is to be expected in Nerja.

Pros: We came in September looking for a quiet place with a pool, so we don’t have to go to the crowded beach or share the space with loud youngsters or children. The place was exactly what we were searching for. Michel, the owner, who lives upstairs, is a very nice, friendly, helpful host. The terrace with the pool is an awesome place for chillin’. We recommend the place for people who do not want to engage with others all day and prefer silence. But if you want to eat out or see other people, the restaurants, shops and the beach are just a 5 minutes walk away.

Pros: The property is in a good location close to the beach although there’s is fairly steep hill to navigate which we were aware of. The apartment itself was clean with all amenities as expected however the Wi-fi was very temperamental & we couldn’t get any channels on the tv to work. The cushions on the bed and the bed settee in the living area were stained and the furniture/loungers on what should be a lovely outside terrace area looked old and in need of replacing. The rug especially looked filthy and the table was partly covered in burn marks. The pool was lovely though. The stairs and railings at the entrance area down to the apartment were very dusty as though they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Overall this apartment has the potential to be great but it needs some updating as do the photographs on the site.

Pros: We hadden dit appartement gekozen op basis van de beschrijving en de indruk die we van de foto's hadden gekregen. Eerlijkheidshalve hadden we na geintroduceerd te zijn in het appartement, even tijd nodig om ons beeld bij te stellen, daar het geheel kleiner was dan we aanvankelijk gedacht hadden op basis van de foto's. Echter de compleetheid van het appartment en het fantastisch ruime terras, maakte dat we ons snel op ons gemak voelde. Door de westelijke ligging, vallen de eerste zonnestralen pas tegen het begin van de middag op het terras. Voor ons bijzonder prettig, daar we in de (relatieve) koelte van de ochtend lekker buiten konder ontbijten. Als 's middags de zon vollop op het terras stond, was het heerlijk toeven bij het zwembad. Het enige punt wat we ter verbertering zouden willen aandragen is de kwaliteit van de bedden in de slaapkamer. De matrassen zijn vrij hard en doordat het twee losse bedden zijn die tegenelkaar aan zijn geschoven, was het ook niet comfortabel om tegen elkaar aan te liggen. Ook de kussens waren aan de dunne kant, welke drukte op ons slaapcomfort. Alles bij elkaar een dikke voldoende, wat maakte dat we een bijzonder prettig verblijf in Nerja gehad hebben.

Pros: Heerlijk appartement op 300 meter van Burriana strand. Een zeer schoon appartment voor 2 personen met een heerlijk groot terras en prive zwembad. Michel is een zeer vriendelijk en gastvrije verhuurder die er alles aan doet om het naar je zin te maken. Enig minpuntje wat ik kan bedenken is dat er geen airconditioning in het appartement aanwezig is, deze is in de Zuid Spaanse zomer zeker geen overbodige luxe.

Pros: Zeer goede ligging kort bij Burriana beach ,met een prima appt voor twee personen of met kleinere kindjes . Rustige omgeving geen lawaai ofzo .Enige opmerking is zonde dat er pas om 12 uur zon is op het zeer ruime praktische zonneteras. Astrid en Michel zijn twee leuke mensen en steeds paraat voor gelijk welke vraag ook. Komen hier zeker nog wel terug denk ik.

Pros: Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit mooie appartement met name door het geweldig mooie terras. Wij verbleven hier van 6 tot 17 oktober. In deze maand komt de zon vanaf 11.30 uur op het terras waar je aan de grote tafel heerlijk kan brunchen. De zon verdween pas om 19.30 uur. Je hoeft niet altijd naar het strand want het grote terras met het zwembad leent zich er uitstekend voor om een dagje bij je appartement te relaxen . De ligstoelen staan uitnodigend aan de rand van het zwembad voor je klaar. Een auto is wel echt een aanrader. Wij hadden niet verwacht dat de wegen naar strand en supermarkt zo steil waren. Ook een wandeling naar het supergezellige centrum van Nerja is op sommige stukken pittig en duurt ongeveer 30 minuten.Maar wij vonden het zeker de moeite waard om iedere avond in het centrum te gaan eten. In ongeveer 8 minuten loop je steil dalend naar het strand. Om boodschappen te doen heb je echt een auto nodig. Vanwege het bergachtige karakter is lopend boodschappen doen best een uitdaging. Bij aankomst ligt er per persoon een set van twee handdoeken klaar. Gelukkig is er een wasmachine dus je kan deze tussendoor wassen. Er vindt geen extra handdoekenwissel plaats. Voor ons een prima locatie die ik zeker kan aanbevelen.

Pros: Mooi appartement in Nerja. Zeer netjes verzorgt en fantastisch dat er een privé zwembad bij zit. Keuken was goed uitgerust zodat je ook echt kunt koken (met kleine kinderen soms wel handig). Rest van het appartement was ook erg netjes verzorgt. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurders die snel reageren. Klein minpuntje vonden wij de bedden (vering erg voelbaar) maar dat is voor iedereen anders.

Pros: El apartamento es acogedor; la cama de matrimonio tiene un colchón de muelles que a priori es un poco incómoda. Hay bastante tranquilidad en la zona, la piscina es lo que más nos ha gustado. Aunque no tenía barbacoa, disponía de plancha eléctrica. Bastante vajilla aunque faltaban algunas cosillas necesarias para el día a día de una familia que cocina todos los días. El microondas está escondido en un armario pero no lo hemos utilizado porque es incómodo de usar y no sabemos si funciona. En general buena relación calidad-precio. La televisión está conectada a un sintonizador que no pilla canales en español y es muy pequeña. Los dueños vivien arriba y la comunicación es directa con ellos y correcta.

Pros: Het appartement was erg schoon en netjes en heeft een groot terras met privé zwembad en is erg mooi gelegen aan een groene zone. Vanaf laat in de ochtend tot de zon ondergaat heb je zon op het terras. Er zijn ook 2 grote parasols en een loungebed onder een soort van modern schaduwdoek. Heel gezellig. Ook fijn is dat je binnen 5 minuten lopen op het strand bent. Wij gaan zeker terug.

Pros: Van Gibraltar tot Cabo de Gata heeft de zuidelijke kuststreek van Spanje / Andalusië voor iedereen wat te bieden. Wij hebben vooral gewandeld in de schitterende woeste natuur waar je bijna niemand tegen komt en rondgereden en stranden en stadjes bezocht. Echt genieten van rust en mogelijkheden en zowel in december/januari als april/mei ideale temperaturen om ook wat te ondernemen. Nerja is een ideaal plaatje omdat er zowel rust en ruimte is als wat meer activiteit in het centrum.
