The space
Situated near International Drive, Paradiso Grande is your gateway to the best of Orlando. Enjoy easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and an array of local attractions right at your doorstep. You won�t find vacation homes at this level in this location anywhere else in Orlando.

Some house rules:

Please note that the property has a minimum initial supply of consumables (trash bags, detergent, dishwasher tablet, paper towel and toilet paper). Once these have been used we are not responsible for replenishing these items during your stay. Please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to buy whatever you want and need for your stay.

Also, the house is stocked with both bath towels and pool towels. However, as washcloths are considered personal items, we do not provide them.
Please do not use them to clean make
-up nor clean the floors with them.

We kindly ask that towels, comforters and linens not be washed TOGETHER with colored clothing, because you will be charged separately if they are damaged.


Optionals:

1-POOL AND SPA HEATING:
We offer pool and spa heating as an additional service at $45 per night, with a minimum of 5 consecutive nights.

Please note:
-> According to our company policy, pool and spa heating must be activated for the entire duration of the reservation. Therefore, it cannot be turned on for only part of the stay;
-> It MUST BE REQUESTED at least 48h in advance;
-> While the spa typically heats up within a few hours, the pool usually requires 24–48 hours to reach the desired temperature, depending on weather conditions;
-> Temperature will not exceed 90F (since it is a spa and NOT a hot tub);
-> The spa can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature;
-> When the spa “blower” (jets) is turned on, the heater switches to heating only the spa (“spa mode”). In other words, if the blower remained on for an extended period of time, the heater is only able to heat the spa and not the pool;
-> Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather (below 50F). If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

2- BBQ GRILL (** Please check availability **)
We offer a mobile BBQ grill rental as an additional service for $140 for up to 7 nights, with the first propane tank and cleaning fee included.
For stays longer than 7 nights, we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.
