Gutes Haus - Katastrophales Check-In

Der Aufenthalt und das haus waren gut. Allerdings war auf der Buchungsbestätigung eine völlig veraltete Nummer desjenigen angegeben, der den Schlüssel übergeben zu hatte, der war schon seit über einem Jahr raus aus dem Job. Bei der Agentur war ein sehr schlecht deutsch sprechender Agent am Telefon, der während der gesamten dreistündigen Anfahrt völlig vergeblich versucht hat, eine Lösung zu finden. Das war Nervenstress pur, löste sich bei der Ankunft, doch von dieser Lösung hätte die Agentur wissen müssen - und vorab auch richtig informieren müssen. Das ein so großer Anbieter wie fewo das nicht besser hinbekommt, ist ein Armutszeugnis und hat die gesamte Vorfreude in Befürchtungen umgewandelt - ich war bei der Anfahrt kurz davor, umzukehren und nach Hause zurück zu fahren!

Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön in der Nähe des Waldes.Frühstück mit Blick zum Wald. Sehr gutes Geschirr, auch zum Kochen Töpfe, Pfannenausstattung. Bad ist modern und hat eine angenehme größe.Sehr freundliche und empathische Rezeption. Hotel mit Frühstück in der Nähe sowie kleine Imbisstube mit Minigolf. Zum Strand durch den Wald über den Hügel ca. 20 Minuten.

Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Die Ferienanlage liegt ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, liegt in der Nähe des Sees und in der Nähe des Ortszentrums. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption.
