The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the balcony. The bedroom has a double bed. Parking space in the underground garage/lift. Only cars measuring 5 meters long and 1.50 meters high can fit on the lift. If your car exceeds these dimensions, we can assign you another parking space for a fee. A lockable bike shed is available for your use.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee).

Kitchenette: stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 2 TVs, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

Prices for our vacation apartments are always valid for stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

The central location of Haus Seemeile offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach. Central location, Wi-Fi, elevator in the building, some vacation apartments allow pets upon request, all apartments have a parking space on a lift platform, additional parking spaces available for a fee. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A bicycle storage room is available. There is a well-organized children’s playground on the property.
