Located just a half-block from the pools, cafe, clubhouse, and private bayfront beach, this property is not only convenient but also very comfortable. The spacious and open floor plan features a full kitchen, a dining area, and a living room that leads out to balconies on either end, perfect for entertaining and relaxing together. The living room even boasts free Netflix access! Additional luxuries include free WiFi, four brand-new TVs and DVD players, high-end appliances, a soaking tub in the main bath,
a private washer/dryer, and four graceful balconies with partial views of the Bay. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Walk to the beach for a day of sun and surf, only five-and-a-half blocks away, or stay home to enjoy Sunset Island's awesome, resort-style amenities. Everything is a short walk from this centrally-located home, including interactive fountains, a general store, a snack bar, a fishing and crabbing pier, a scenic nature path, a library, and so much more! You may not even need to leave the community gates!
Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
