Check-In einwandfrei, Balkon war herrlich in perfekter Lage! Einzig eine Klimaanlage wäre sehr hilfreich, da es keine Rolladen gibt und die Wohnung sehr warm wird. Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit. Ansonsten alles top!

Absolut empfehlenswert

Alles war sehr stimmig. Wir hatten einen sehr hohen Wohlfühlfaktor. Vorfallen die Oberlichter als Lichtquelle und der Balkon haben uns sehr positiv beeindruckt. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war auch sehr angenehm und der Zugang zur Wohnung optimal.

Viel Platz und trotzdem gemütlich

Modern und praktisch Eingerichtet sowie sehr gemütlich. Man fühlt sich nach kurzer Zeit sehr wohl und das Schließsystem ist praktisch sowie der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Leider nicht behindertengerecht

Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich schön und verfügt sogar über einen Waschtrockner… allerdings ist der Zugang, obwohl vorher persönlich besprochen nicht behindertengerecht. Es gibt eine Rampe, die aber für einen Rollstuhlfahrer, auch wenn er von Angehörigen geschoben wird, viel zu steil. Nach der Rampe kommt erst noch eine Abwärtsstufe, dann zwei Aufwärtsstufen, beides ohne Stufen. Meine Mutter konnte diese Stufen, gestützt durchbiss mit Müh und Not überwinden, ein Alleinstehender oder jemand, der gar nicht laufen kann, kann die Wohnung nicht beziehen. Wir waren kurz dafür Preisminderung zu fordern, weil es unseren Aufenthalt sehr erschwert hat. Meine Mutter brauchte uns immer um das Haus zu verlassen und wir sind froh, dass sie bei den 12 Stufen neben der viel zu steilen Rampe nicht gestürzt ist…
