Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die telefonische Rückfrage, ob die Anreise planmäßig verlaufen ist. Über die im Hinblick auf die vorsorglich bereitgestellte Verpflegung für den Ankunftsabend haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden.
