Great stay, great value

Marianne was a fabulous host and gave us some good tips. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The Königskarte“ made it an exceptional value. We barely paid anything for three amazing days of adventure, including the AMAZING Kristall Therme spa, included with the card. We hope to be back!

Wonderful Bavarian B&B!

We had a great time staying for 4 nights at Frau Daser's guesthouse. Rented apartment on the top floor so parents had one room, 3 children had the other. Kitchen for our use, made dinner there one night. Everything was spotless! Frau Daser's breakfasts were yummy. Used the Konigscards that are included with the rental quite a bit (free bike rentals for all of us, lift to top of mountain, summer taboggan runs, entrance to Bavarian kings museum and discount at neuschwanstein castle. Would highly recommend this b&b. What a great experience for us all. Danke, Frau Daser!

Clean and quiet and friendly

Marianne offers a beautiful and clean Gasthaus. nice and quiet and away from "big city" busyness and noise. For us it was in a good central location for our sightseeing and activities. Rooms are neat and tidy and lots of space. Bathroom on 2nd floor also large. No bathtub but shower is great. Accommodation came with Konigscard, which saved us many Euros at different attractions and activities in the area. Delicious and plentiful breakfast in the morning. Our hostess, Marianne greeted us every morning with a smile and would always have suggestions on things to see and do in the area. Thank you for a great stay

quite perfect !

The house was very comfortable and with anything necessary for our staying, only the kitchen was little equipped but that was a very little problem and we enjoyed a lot our staying. The staff was very nice and the brekfast very good and hearty. With the Konig Card the staff provided us we could get enjoyable activities on the wonderfull mountains near the village of Oberammegau.

Fantastic Accommodations, Location & Hostess!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay with Maria! We reserved three spacious bedrooms for our family. Each room was equipped with it's own sink for simple toiletry needs. The entire living environment was as charming as our hostess. A freshly made breakfast was included each morning making our stay all the more delightful. None of the other accommodations we would experience throughout the remainder of our holiday would come close to compare with the wonderful experience we had here. Loved our visit in Unterammergau

We had a very good experience at this B&B. Our family of 5 had the top floor, parents in one double room and a second room with 3 singles for the kids. There was also a WC, bathroom, and kitchen/dining room. All the rooms were arranged at the top of the main staircase, so we had to try to keep quiet and keep the doors closed. Everything was charming but modern and well-supplied. Our host was lovely and breakfast was delicious. On one of our days we needed to scoot off early and she accommodated our schedule. The town is smaller and less touristy than Oberammergau (which is only a 5 minute drive away). We ate at Gasthof Stern just up the street and enjoyed it. The real bonus is the King's Card that comes with the rental. We used it to ride several lifts in the area, try an alpine slide, and we used the swimming facility in Oberammergau (which was awesome!).

nice 3rd floor stay with the family

it was a pleasant stay, the price was very reasonable. the third floor has no doors to lock which we were fine with, but may be odd for some. the best part is the KonigsCard which gave you tons of very very good discounts/free admissions to things like the ropes course in Garmisch - Part, alpine slides, the zip line at the ski jump in G-P - that is definitely worth a bunch of money. the rooms are nice. the breakfast is good. Ms Daser is very nice and welcoming. we had great time. stayed 3 nights.

For information. The apartment has no direct doorstep, but the bedrooms can all shut off. You use the second floor alone.

Super Kurzurlaub

Sehr zu empfehlen , wir hatten jeden morgen ein leckeres ausgiebiges Frühstück Die Zimmer klein aber fein und alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und war stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht.Immer wieder gern :-D

schöner Aufenthalt

Ein sehr schöne, gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft. Gastgeberinn ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Frückstück ist sehr umfangreich und reichhaltlich. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Haus vorhanden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great Home for our Family Vacation!

Our family of four, parents and sons 19 and 21, just enjoyed a marvelous two night stay at the Dauser B & B. Her listing of amenities was very accurate. We were met by the owner and shown our rooms immediately after arrival. The home as well as our rooms was spotless. The breakfast included a full spread and we were offered more of anything we desired (fresh fruit, coffee, rolls, yoghurt, cereal, eggs, meat, cheese) One of the best things about choosing this B & B is that they include the Konig's (King's) card at no cost to the guests. This card gives you free access to dozens of amenities in the region. We used electric bikes one afternoon to ride on a 31K round trip to one of Ludwig's palaces near by. We also went to several museums, rode the alpine slides in two locations, and also used it for a free gondola ride near the Neuschwanstein castle. I'm sure we got more from the card than the cost of our rooms for two nights, amazing value! I would highly recommend staying in Unterammergau/at Oberammergau as a positive option, especially if you are travelling by car. There is so much to do in the area, but it provides a peaceful retreat from the big cities of Germany.

Sehr nette Pension! Die Wirtin ist gastfreundlich und immer hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer (mit WLAN) sind sauber, gemütlich und warm im Winter. Sehr gute Kommunikationslage - unweit der Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle - trotzdem nicht laut. Ganz toll ist auch die im Übernachtungspreis enthaltene KönigsCard - eine Rabattkarte mit der man in der Gegend viele Attraktionen umsonst oder mit Ermäßigung nutzen kann wie Seilbahnen, Lifte, Bäder, Museen, Natursehenswürdigkeiten etc.

ski-ing vacation

we stayed with marianne and her family over new year 2010, it was a great location with ski-ing locally as well as in nearby villages. the rooms are all very clean, and we also had a living room to use in the evenings which was great. breakfasts are also very good, and you get lots of choice! very friendly people.
