Spa N 705 is at the heart of the resort in its central building, seven floors up. Off of the lobby are great amenities like the popular Spa, a full gymnasium, cool 638 coffee and breakfast spot, as well as well liked Grill restaurant. There is also a conveniences store. The parking is fully secure, there are BBQ grills, and a pickle ball court as well.

On the ocean side, enjoy swimming pools, a water slide, chaise lounge chairs, and easy beach access as well.
