Remodeled Luxury Condo w/Breathtaking View Of The Sea of Cortez on Sandy Beach

Oceanview one bedroom condo with stunning view of the Sea of Cortez. The Sonoran Spa is an ocean front Resort with a full service spa , fitness center, 3 swimming pools 2 jacuzzis, tennis/Basketball court, Restaurant, BBQ Grills, small grocery store and on site parking with 24 hour security. For special rates, please use cebeehomes at Gma...dot com.
The Kitchen is fully stocked for four people and I always leave spices and K-cups or coffee to use with the Keurig Machine during your stay along with a gallon of drinking water.
The Bedroom has a King bed and a 50" T.V The Living Room has a Queen size sofa sleeper with a 55" T.V . There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway pantry for your convenience.

There are several restaurants right outside the front gate (two very popular Bars and Restaurants with live bands most weekends, Banditos & Changos). Also, the newly opened Rosmarino Limon Pizza and Pasta Restaurant, Garufa Argentinean Restaurant Steakhouse, Jalapeno & Tequila (Mexican Food), Fresh Market, Ice cream shop, massage and nails salon and pharmacy.

Max occupancy for this unit is 4 people. The rate reflected is based on the number of people in the reservation. No Pets and No Smoking. 21 + years of age to rent.

Sonoran Spa is one of the most beautiful resorts in Rocky Point, Mexico, offering excellent views over common areas and swimming pool overlooking the palm trees and the lovely Sea of Cortez. There is a beautiful view to the infinite sea with scenery of the view from the distance of the jetty and a bar that serves excellent drinks. Security in the Resort is twenty-four hours for your safety. The complex includes tennis court, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking and Mother Nature's charming "Sandy Beach" in front. It's time to relax, and this is the place to do it! Last but not least, we have free WiFi!
