This charming upper-level apartment is located less than a mile from Historic Downtown Stillwater and all the scenic attractions near the river. The three bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day spent celebrating a wedding, playing golf, exploring nearby wineries and breweries, or enjoying a fun-filled day on a river boat cruise.



In addition to the cozy bedrooms and common area, there is a well-stocked kitchen available if you would like to prepare meals during your stay. The kitchen includes a full complement of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, and silverware. We provide dish soap, spices, oil, and a small selection of coffee and tea. Guests should bring their own groceries, beverages, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent. We also provide towels for use in the home, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner.



Lilac Apartment offers plenty of off-street parking for vehicles or a boat, though the lower parking area is shared with Morning Glory Apartment located downstairs. If you have a large group and would like to book nearby accommodations, you can reserve each apartment separately or together as Daffodil House. If your group needs more than six bedrooms, please let us know, as we also have additional vacation rentals in Minneapolis and St. Paul to help accommodate larger groups.



Laundry facilities may be available, subject to availability and condition. Availability is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be provided if unavailable or not working.



Any request for late check-out, early check-in, additional occupancy, or other special arrangements must be submitted at least one (1) day in advance to allow Owner and/or Manager sufficient time to verify availability and coordinate cleaning, turnover, staffing, and scheduling. Requests submitted less than one (1) day in advance are not guaranteed and may be declined or, if approved, subject to additional fees. The inability to accommodate a late request shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

It was a great location for Lumberjack Days in downtown Stillwater. It was one of the hottest weekends we've had in Minnesota in a longtime so the window AC units had a tough time cooling the place down the first night upon check in, but they did eventually catch up the next two days. Overall a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay and was a cute, clean place to be at. Rooms were very nice and all rooms had fans and very nice bedding. The walk to down town was further than we thought and all down hill and coming home would have been bad. We just Uber the drive down town and that works perfect and fast as well.We would for sure stay there again.Sheri
