Premium Residence Radovan is located in Spadici, part of Porec, only 250 m from the beach and 1500 m from the old town. The house offers a total of five holiday apartments, 4 of which were completely renovated in 2022 and furnished in a modern style. In the garden there is a shared covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue for outdoor dining. On the ground floor of the house there is a shared living room with a small kitchenette and sofa, toilet and washing machine. A private parking space is also available for each apartment.
Apartment 3 for 4-5 persons with a living area of ​​110m2 is located on the 1st floor and has a spacious kitchen-living room with sofa and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a sea view, single room, 2 bathrooms and a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture.

Tiszta, kellemes lakás

Nagyon szép és ízléses és tiszta lakás, kedves szállásadó. Talán egy klíma jó lett volna a hálószobába is, és a fotókról mi azt gondoltuk, hogy lesz egy kis privát teraszunk. Sajnos a teraszról lehet a szomszéd lakásba is bejutni, így ezt nem használtuk. A tenger - véleményünk szerint - kissé távolabb van a szálláshelytől, kb 400 m-re saccoltuk. Összességében elégedettek voltunk, köszönjük szépen! :)
