This recently updated and painted first floor condo with huge patio facing ocean on the golf course and near the new Pickleball courts on Hutchinson Island is only a 4 minute walk to the ocean, on-site restaurant with two bars, resort-style pool and tiki bar.

There are 4 heated pools, 7 Pickleball courts, golf course, beach, tennis courts, bocce ball, gym, and on-site restaurant/bar in a quiet gated community with 24 hr. security. (Min. 7 nights and MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY FROM JANUARY-MARCH.)

You will also find high speed Internet, a completely stocked linen closet, and all the beach supplies you will need stored in the closet. There’s a comfy mattress topper on the king bed and a pull out sofa in the living room.
The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, toaster, Cuisinart blender, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a granite countertop. Parking is free and there’s 24 hr. a day security.
Whether you’re unwinding indoors or getting ready for the day, this condo offers a welcoming retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our place in paradise for the most incredible beach vacation ever! *****The on-site restaurant and tiki bar are currently closed for off-season.
