Awesome 4-bedroom house with AC in quaint Garfield

Welcome to this wonderful house in Garfield. With four bedrooms featuring two king beds and two queen beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests can relax in one of the four bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. One ensuite has a jetted bathtub and shower. The other ensuite has a tub and shower. The guesthouse bath and the lower-level hall bath have showers only. The lower-level family room includes a single over double bunk bed and a queen inflatable bed, as well as a TV monitor and a DVD player, perfect for extra guests or kids. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this quaint home provides a nice balance of comfort and space and a short walk to the lake. Although the Corps of Engineers owns the property between the two-level deck and the lake with the goal of keeping Arkansas natural, there is a marina across the cove with a ramp and boats may be tied up close to the property.

This house was great. Everything was very clean and it was well stocked. Host was extremely responsive. We had 5 adults, a 15 year old and an 11 year old and we had plenty of room. I will say the the separate guesthouse with it's own bathroom is pretty precarious to go down the spiral staircase to the bathroom so make sure you plan for younger legs to use that one. :) The house was set off a little so you are pretty much by yourself which was really nice. We saw lots of wildlife coming right up to the deck. The water access was a big plus too. It would be nice if water toys and maybe some kayaks were available but obviously not a requirement. Our only "complaint" was the wifi was pretty bad. Wouldn't have been much of an issue but my cell phone service was also bad so hard to do much of anything that needed internet. Good like we were at a beautiful place with so much to see. :)
