The house is an older home, but very well maintained. The location is absolutely beautiful as it is right on the lake. There are other homes very close by, but the neighbors were extremely quiet & you didn’t even realize anyone was around unless you heard a car door. Alice was, by far, the best person I have booked from on VRBO as far as communication. She answered every question & concern I had (from parking to how many stairs/steps). She always answered within a few minutes (no waiting for hours like some) & if I didn’t reply back with some type of response by the next day, she would always ask to make sure I recieved her response & ask if I had any other questions. This would be a beautiful place to be no matter what time of year it is. I would definitely stay here again.

Good parking for three vehicles. Lake view and lake access as represented based on listing. Interior is a bit dated but comfortable. Great to have laundry and 2 refrigerators.

This house was great. Everything was very clean and it was well stocked. Host was extremely responsive. We had 5 adults, a 15 year old and an 11 year old and we had plenty of room. I will say the the separate guesthouse with it's own bathroom is pretty precarious to go down the spiral staircase to the bathroom so make sure you plan for younger legs to use that one. :) The house was set off a little so you are pretty much by yourself which was really nice. We saw lots of wildlife coming right up to the deck. The water access was a big plus too. It would be nice if water toys and maybe some kayaks were available but obviously not a requirement. Our only "complaint" was the wifi was pretty bad. Wouldn't have been much of an issue but my cell phone service was also bad so hard to do much of anything that needed internet. Good like we were at a beautiful place with so much to see. :)
