Start your day with coffee on the private rooftop deck or unwind in the evening with sweeping views of Mount Rainier and the Seattle skyline. Grill dinner on the BBQ, dine outdoors, or simply enjoy the sunset from your own elevated outdoor space.

Inside, the home is bright, open, and thoughtfully designed for both connection and comfort. The living area features a 65” Smart TV for streaming and relaxing nights in, while each bedroom offers a queen bed with quality linens for a restful sleep.

Traveling for work? A dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi make it easy to stay productive. Traveling with family? You’ll find thoughtful extras like a high chair, pack ’n play, and board games to make your stay seamless.

A dedicated parking space (very rare in Seattle) makes getting around simple, whether you’re heading to downtown, Ballard, or nearby neighborhoods.

In a great area close to transit and walkable to amenities in the area. The house was clean, although be warned there are a lot of stairs to go up and down, but the view from the rooftop deck makes the climb worth it! Overall a great stay and I would absolutely stay here again!

Outside of hosting, I enjoy hiking the PNW trails, exploring new restaurants in different neighborhoods, and traveling with my family. I’m also a huge fan of weekend markets, vintage shops, and pretty much anything involving good food and great company. Living in Seattle means I get to enjoy all of this daily—and it’s been a joy to share that with guests through my properties.
