Why they chose this property

This location is right across the street From the restaurants and stores that Corinth has to offer. It is great for people watching, especially when school lets out.
The easy 6-minute walk to the beach or to the grocery store make it really convenient so you don't have to drive at all.
Both Lake George and Saratoga springs are only about 20 minutes away by car.
This is a very safe neighborhood in a very safe small town. People are not rich in this town but they are very friendly. Corinth also provides beautiful views of the mountains and the Hudson River throughout the town.

What makes this property unique

This property was built in the 1920s by a major Church organization who had a large church next door. It was designed as a place for the Reverend and his family to live and to serve the community and the congregation.
The house features high ceilings, a grand fireplace, large front porches, beautiful hardwood floors and large windows. Fireplace not in use.
