Great accommodations. As described. Very comfortable, quiet. Relaxing atmosphere. Also very close to Lake Luzerne's public beach for kayaking and swimming. Enjoyed the pond for swimming and the paddle boat. Host was great, responsive.

My two boys and I take a trip to a different part of the Adirondacks each summer. We really enjoyed this location and how close we were to so many fun things to do. We enjoyed our time just hanging out at the property too. Both boys fished for hours and loved swimming in the pond. Very clean and peaceful property inside and out.

This was the perfect setting for relaxing, quiet and stay provided everything that was needed. The inside and outside accommodations met all our needs and more. We had so much fun on the paddleboat which was in the cleanest and warm waters with plenty of fishing for my husband and grandson. The house had all needed items to cook and grill outside and picnic area. Highly recommend and the Host Diane is very attentive and answers all questions. Had the best time.

lovely cottage

the cottage was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. we enjoyed the paddle boat and kayak, and appreciated the size range of life vests. We enjoyed the area including lake lurzne and george.

A perfect, peaceful getaway.

Property is perfect for an active family with a pet. A peaceful retreat to detox from corporate life! Love the creeks, trails, and beaches within a short walk. Lots to do and see in the area.

Annual retreat

Diane has been a fantastic hostess year after year. We come here every year to get away from the world and are always very happy with our choice to return. Everything is well maintained and the location is perfect.

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience! Wish you had reached out to me during your stay, as I may have been able to remedy that with just a dehumidifier! Often when seasons and temps change quickly, humidity will cause odors, especially in a carpeted room. I have also scheduled the carpet for its annual spring cleaning to help ensure that future guests aren't affected. Glad you were able to enjoy the pondhouse and great weekend weather, but sorry it caused an inconvenient situation for you.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and we didn't want to go home. This place is a hidden gem! If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation rental then you need to book now! Wonderful week in an idyllic home

We were a party of 6 adults who stayed a week in order to make day trips to Lake George, Ticonderoga, Albany, Saratoga Springs and western Vermont. We found the home to be very comfortable and, in all ways, as depicted in the listing (or better). It was perfectly situated for the types of trips I mentioned and for days you want to stay on property, too. We hope to return!

Family time

Quiet and beautiful place, had everything what we needed it for a peaceful weekend with my husband, son and our 2 dogs, we went for a long walk and the neighbors were really nice, we used the grill and the kitchen so we didn't need to look for a restaurant.

Peaceful

Stay was great. Instructions were easy to follow and the property was very nice. Private pond and dock. It was nice and quiet. Caught some bass. Fell asleep in a chair with my pole in the water. What else can a guy ask for!
