Lovely place to stay. Ski in and out as described...the ski in requires a 300 foot hike up a hill. The owners are super friendly. The dragon cake was a hit with the family.
Incredible views of Schweitzer ski runs and overlooks the ski village, the Chateau is an amazing property that has to be experienced to appreciate! Highly recommend, loved our stay and already planning to get back next year!
This was such a magical place to stay on our Christmas vacation!! It surpassed ALL expectations! I have yet to experience such uniqueness as well as exceptional quality… We came with our college age sons and they were blown away! The second night we had 6 inches of fresh snow…Chateau magnificence!!!
A beautiful castle, authentic, charming, feels like you are in a real castle from yesteryear. Loved the dragon cake, which was such a nice gesture. Great views. Had such a wonderful time.
The location was great with a view of the ski resort. The home was very fun for the kids.

Great location and amazing accommodations
We stayed here to hike and enjoy the fall colors. The castle is amazing and Norman the owner was very helpful. We loved the dragon cake.
What a gem! Perfect place to stay and terrific host in Norman. The entire area is just breathtaking! Really enjoyed our stay (and now my husband wants to move here.)
We came for a girl's weekend and felt like princesses. House is amazing. The owner is equally amazing and ensured we had extra fun with the cake and flowers waiting for us on arrival. Make sure you read the book as there is an adventure waiting for you inside.

One of a kind
Staying at The Castle was definitely a unique experience! Very comfortable, very quiet, and Norman (the owner) is incredibly hospitable! Loved our stay and will do so again!
We were truly transported back to medieval times… The younger boys loved the experience of sleeping in the tower of the castle… The art and artifacts added so much more to the experience for the adults…looking forward to visiting again…
Great place for our 50th wedding anniversary. Had a blast in our medieval attire.
Much more than just a place to stay, It’s an experience. Everything went great, Norman is the best.
