The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed (only suitable for 2 children), a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. Additional amenities include a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private covered terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, a children's pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

Free parking is available on the street.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.

The deposit and the tourist tax are to be paid in cash upon check-in.

The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within one week.

An additional fee will be charged for arrivals after 10 pm.

Please note that the keys are to be collected/returned at the real estate office in Ciutadella.
