The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Tash goes to curb on Wednesday evening and picked up Thursday morning’s. Per city ordinance bins need to be stored in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Respect the Home & Neighborhood • Shoes off inside the home • No parties, events or outside guest
We love pets, but please clean up after them. • All pet waste must be picked up immediately • Any pet waste left in the yard will result in a $50 fee
• Load and start the dishwasher if used • Dispose of trash properly • Return used items/furniture to original locations • Lock doors and windows

The house was super comfortable with everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. My partner and I enjoyed the hot tub and our dogs enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Lisa was super communicative and the space felt like home away from home with lots of spaces to relax and enjoy quiet connection. Definitely recommend this as a great rental for families and couples!

Beautiful house. Super clean, everything we needed and more was provided. It has a beautiful fenced backyard and the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day in the car. There were only two of us on this trip, but this house is perfect for a big group and can sleep a ton of people. I would totally stay here again!
