It features a spacious living/dining area with a sofa, a coffee table, a sideboard with a flat-screen TV, a large dining table with 4 chairs, and access to the terrace. The small, functional kitchen is equipped with a stove with a ceramic cooktop (no oven), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a blender.

The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, nightstands with reading lamps, and a large wardrobe. The children’s bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
The newly renovated bathroom is fully equipped with a sink, a shower, and a toilet.
Parking space 1/3, which belongs to the apartment, is located directly behind the house
