We arrived around 4pm unpacked, and put our food in the fridge and freezer. Upon arriving back from our outing; our food was ruined. The fridge did not freeze or cool enough to keep it safe to eat. The front bedroom had white stains and black hairs on my daughter’s sheets. The advertised pool table had a broken leg making it uneven and a 2 by 4 attempting to prop it up. The smoke alarm beeped all night. The bathroom faucet handle was broken off. We contacted the host, he sent a cleaning person to the house while we were gone. The person didn’t even remove the nasty sheets. They only mopped. I have reported this host and home to Vrbo. The host simply apologized for the issues. But we lost money on food and weren’t even able to use one of the bedrooms due to the sheets being dirty. The home was not as advertised. We were expecting a family friendly home where we could cook meals and rest during outings.
