Ahoy and come on in to our holiday rental on Juist! It offers you the perfect retreat for a wonderful holiday, an alternative to working from home, or a combination of both. With a small workspace and high-speed internet, you can perfectly combine a North Sea holiday with remote work.

You can easily prepare warm breakfast rolls, a quick snack during the workday, or a cosy family meal in the modern built-in kitchen. It’s equipped with, among other things, a 2-burner ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. For coffee lovers, there’s an espresso machine; for snacks, a sandwich maker; as well as a toaster, kettle, blender, and hand mixer. You’ll find a dining area in the living room.

Whether after a day at the beach or after work—the living room, with its comfortable couch, TV (with Fire TV Stick), stereo system, and free Wi-Fi is the perfect place to unwind! Here you can relax while watching a good film, listening to music, or surfing the web.

Enjoy a delicious sundowner with a direct ocean view on Juist’s nearby beach promenade! Afterwards, comfortable beds await you in the holiday apartment’s two separate bedrooms. One room is furnished with a double bed (2 m x 2 m) and a closet; the other features a sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2 m). The latter features a workation station with a desk, desk chair, and a 15-inch monitor with an USB hub, so you can work in peace. When you take a break, a stroll on the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. If you’d like to work as a pair, feel free to pull out the extendable dining table to use as a workspace.

A high chair, a travel cot with a mattress, and outlet covers are standard features in this family-friendly holiday rental. The apartment also features a washing machine and a dryer.

General Information: A clothes rack, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are available, as well as a hair dryer in the bathroom. There is a parking space for bicycles. Please understand that pets are not allowed.

“Haus Niedersachsen” is located right behind the dike. A five- to ten-minute walk will take you to Juist’s beach promenade and the town centre. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful stroll followed by a snack at one of the cosy cafés and restaurants. Watching the lively island hustle and bustle while sipping a hot cappuccino is the ultimate holiday feeling!

Juist also offers a wide range of sports activities! Sailing, surfing, or horseback riding—whatever your heart desires! A perfect blend of activity and relaxation for your days off!
