Welcome to The Parkwood Retreat, a spacious and peaceful private home designed for families, work trips, relocation stays, extended visits, and guests who need room to settle in comfortably.

This two-story retreat features vaulted ceilings, multiple living areas, a cozy fireplace, a dedicated office, full kitchen, formal dining room, breakfast nook, laundry room, and a large fenced backyard with mature trees, patio space, covered gazebo, and firepit seating.

Guests can enjoy thoughtful touches throughout the home, including starter snacks, sparkling water, family-friendly games, books, and comfortable spaces to gather, work, rest, and unwind.

The space

The Parkwood Retreat offers the comfort of a full private home with multiple spaces for guests to relax, connect, and enjoy their stay.

The main living room features vaulted ceilings, large windows, comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a TV. The open layout connects easily to the kitchen and breakfast area, creating a comfortable flow for everyday living.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee area, reverse-osmosis drinking water, and the essentials needed for simple meals during your stay. Guests can enjoy meals in the formal dining room or in the bright breakfast nook overlooking the backyard.

The home also includes a whole-home water filtration system for added comfort.

For guests who need a quiet place to work or read, the dedicated office includes desk space, comfortable seating, books to enjoy, and a queen-size fold-out mattress for additional sleeping space.

Upstairs, guests will find an additional living/media room with a TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, and comfortable seating. This gives everyone extra room to spread out, watch a movie, or enjoy a second gathering space.

The large fenced backyard is one of the highlights of the home. Enjoy mature trees, open lawn space, patio seating, and a covered gazebo with firepit seating. It is a peaceful spot for morning coffee, evening conversation, or relaxing outdoors.

Primary bedroom
Spacious primary suite with a comfortable king-size bed, dresser storage, nightstands, lamps, natural light, and access to a large private bathroom.

Primary bathroom
Large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, vanity space, and plenty of room to get ready comfortably.

Bedroom 2
Comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, natural light, bedside table, and closet space.

Bedroom 3
Comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, nightstand, natural light, and a calm, restful layout.

Bedroom 4
Comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, natural light, and closet space.

Dedicated office
Quiet office space with desk, seating, books, and a queen-size fold-out mattress for additional sleeping space.

Upstairs living/media room
Additional upstairs lounge space with a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, and comfortable seating. This is a great second gathering area for relaxing, watching a movie, or giving guests more room to spread out.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the full home, driveway parking area, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, dedicated office, upstairs living/media room, laundry room, patio, and fenced backyard.

Locked owner closets, storage areas, and any spaces marked private are not included in guest access.

Other things to note

Parking: Street parking is not allowed and is strictly enforced. All vehicles must park only in the approved driveway/parking areas.

Guest count: This home is booked based on the total number of people who will be at the property, not only overnight guests. Every person visiting, gathering, or staying at the home must be included on the reservation. Please make sure your guest count reflects anyone who will be on the property at any time during your stay. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.

No parties or events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.

Exterior security cameras: Exterior security cameras are installed around the outside perimeter of the home for safety and property protection. Cameras monitor the front door/entry area, driveway and garage area, both side yards, and the backyard/patio/gazebo areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
