Lots of space for our family of 6 to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor space to soak up the sun and cool off in the pool. Communication was great! We have a big family and like to cook so a couple more kitchen items would be great but we also understand we’re a big family. Would stay again!

The house was absolutely amazing and there was so much room. I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could enjoy the beautiful pool. The owner was amazing and kept in contact with us the entire time to make sure we didn’t need anything. Will definitely stay there again when we come to town. A

The host was very helpful and quick on communicating all the details needed for our trip. After getting to the property though there were a few repairs that were needed on the property. 1. The front door wouldn’t stay latched without the top deadbolt engaged. 2. The downstairs bathroom door was loose from the hinges which kept the door from closing properly. 3. Two of the pool stick for the table were broken which left only two to play with. 4. The upstairs bathroom shelf above the toilet was about to slide off and could possibly hit someone in the head. 5. There wasn’t very much baking and cooking pans and bowls available.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our communication—we appreciate that. We do want to note that none of these items were reported to us during your stay. Our team is very responsive and would have promptly addressed each of these concerns if we had been given the opportunity at the time. That said, we have since reviewed the items mentioned. Minor adjustments have been made where needed, and damaged pool cues have been replaced. Regarding kitchen supplies, the home is stocked with standard cookware and essentials suitable for typical guest use. however, guests with more extensive cooking needs may find it helpful to bring additional specialty items. We take pride in maintaining the home and responding quickly to any issues, and we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can ensure the best possible experience.

The property was in a nice neighborhood but was not clean as it should be. The host stated that the cleaners had been there since 10:30 am cleaning. They clearly did a rush job. The refrigerator, tub and toilets were not clean. I sent pictures to the host. She offered to have the cleaners come back out, which is unsatisfactory as they should have completed their job correctly the first time. I went to the store to purchase cleaning supplies to clean myself. I was offered no compensation. There were also damaged items that I sent pictures of. It did not feel like a home away from home.

We would like to dispute this review. This guest was flagged as high risk by VRBO, we decided to give her a chance after communicating with her. We had to admit we made a wrong decision. She began to make complaints that late evening for the cleanliness, and we immediately responded by sending our cleaners which she quickly refused but asked for compensation instead. The pictures were taken after she already checked in for half a day and they did not represent the cleanliness of our house.
