Quiet residential and very safe. Away from the crowds. Neighboring villas are similar and the lots are large. You feel safe and secure behind an 8 foot wall fence. Close to grocery stores and nearby restaurants. Eagle, Palm and Arashi beaches are 8 min drive.

The neighborhood has similar homes and is very safe. You do need a car to drive short distances to places of uses taxis
