2-room apartment for up to 3 people, approx. 46 m². Bedroom with a double bed; living room/bedroom with a double sofa bed, TV, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area, balcony or terrace, bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi and parking spaces are available in some units.

You’ll be staying in a 2-room vacation apartment with approximately 46 m² of living space on the 1st floor. The living room and bedroom are separated by a hallway and the bathroom (shower, toilet, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and ample storage space).

The bedroom features two beds, each 100 cm wide, with additional reading lamps and ample closet space, as well as a small balcony facing east. There is a safe in one of the closets for your valuables.

The living room features a small single sofa bed (max. sleeping surface 160 cm, for children only). From the living room, you have a view of the garden, the parking area, and the lake embankment.

In addition to the standard entertainment electronics (satellite TV, radio/CD player, DVD player), there are books available in the bookcase.

The living area includes a visually separated, modern kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The modern cabinets offer ample storage space. The dining table is located next to the kitchenette.

Fly screens protect you from uninvited visitors day and night.

Both the bus stop and the H&P Touristik office—which offers bike and beach chair rentals—are located about 50 meters away. Shopping options and the seawater beach are also within easy walking distance.




This apartment’s lockable private basement is available free of charge for bicycle storage.



Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 vacation apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.

Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
