The home is very well located, easy walking distance to everything in Faro. 10 minutes from the train station. Photos of the home are accurate. Entry instructions easy to follow using a key box. Elsa kindly organised for a late checkout, which was much appreciated. Faro is a great place to enjoy the Algarve region.

Pros: De host was erg aardig .ruim gelijkvloers app met mooi terras en alles wat je nodig hebt is er wasmachine koffiezet etc . Zelfs airco !

Our New Home in Faro!

We could not have had a better stay at this property! Right from the time we booked 4 months in advance it has been amazing! We had many questions for Elsa our host before we arrived and she answered them all. The check was seamless, Elsa sent us the details the day of and stopped by to say hi and answer any last min questions we had. She checked in with us throughout the visit and even came and swapped out the coffee machine when the one we had in the apartment stopped working. The place its self is very well maintained, really clean and in the perfect spot to make it easy to walk anywhere in downtown Faro. If you rent a car the city has a massive free parking lot located down by the water front. It’s about a 4 min walk from the apartment. Elsa put a google pin drop on it for us so it was easy to find, just ask her. Even if you don’t rent a car, everything is within a 5 min walk of the apartment. You can walk everywhere. If you are looking for a cheap amazing meal, go pick up chicken and fries from Mister Franco, it’s about a 10 min walk from the apartment on rent one of scooters on the “Brid” scooter app and it will take you a min to get there. All and all it was an amazing stay for us, the host was amazing, the apartment was perfect and we will be back again.

Nice place with easy access to everything

The place was comfortable and nice. We had some challenges communicating with the property on check-in and when issues arose with the place (we were without hot water for half of our stay), Overall, a good place to stay, very central and comfortable. Our stay was less ideal due to the specific circumstances, not necessarily the property. Would still recommend it.
