At House 30, you’ll stay in a cozy semi-detached house built of wood, with approximately 65 m² of living space for up to six people. The first floor features a living area with a sleeper sofa and a spacious dining nook, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, and children’s tableware. A guest restroom rounds out the amenities on the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and two sinks. An additional TV is also available. Other amenities include satellite TV with an LCD flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, a DVD player, as well as child-friendly furnishings, outlet covers, books, and games.
A separate storage room provides space for patio furniture and a sun umbrella; a grill is available for rent. The large, paved terrace is largely covered and invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.

• Early risers can have crispy rolls or fresh bread delivered by our mobile bakery Tue.–Sat. from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. (except Sundays and holidays)
• Once a week, a butcher’s truck carrying regional specialties also stops at the vacation village, and for a quick bite around the clock, there’s a snack vending machine
• You can park your car in the vacation village’s parking lot; two charging stations are available for electric cars
