Villa Felding is a small and friendly residential complex with a total of 5 flats. Top 3 is located on the 2nd floor, there is a lift. A lot of wooden furniture and wooden surfaces have been used in the furnishings, giving the apartment a cosy and warm atmosphere. From all the windows and the spacious balcony you can enjoy the wide view, with a direct view of the peaks and the mountains from the Ski slopes of Bad Hofgastein and Bad Gastein
Thanks to the large garden with picnic area, the house is not directly on the road, so peace and quiet are guaranteed. Nevertheless, the centre and thermal baths of Bad Hofgastein are only a few minutes' walk away. The (ski) city bus stops almost on the doorstep. The Gastein Valley is known for its many thermal spas and Spas and the healing cave are also within easy reach. There are countless wonderful hiking and mountain bike routes, from flat routes through the valley to challenging mountain and climbing tours to the surrounding peaks, some of which can be reached by mountain railway. In winter, the Gastein Valley offers around 200 kilometres of pistes, 40 km of cross-country ski trails and numerous winter hiking trails, snow-sure skiing fun for young and old. The Gastein Card is included free of charge. With this card, you often receive interesting discounts or even free admission to many of the sights and activities on offer. The use of public transport in Salzburger Land is included
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
