This wonderful house provides a cozy retreat offering an amazing large enclosed (26x24) space with a pool surrounded by nature in pots. On cool evenings you can be warm sitting around the large firepit surrounded by native Florida white beach sand. With heating and AC, (also a window AC) comfort is always within reach no matter the season. The bathroom features a large rain shower head, and a nice walk-in shower. This soothing retreat is centrally located between Ft Myers Beach and Venice Beach. Englewood Beach is where we go for the day to play and St Pete is 35 minutes up 275. Enjoy our local musicians here day and night. Stay here and you'll be staying where country music recording artist Chase Skinner was just living.
