Renoviertes Ferienhaus in Manderscheid / Vulkaneifel

The vacation home is located in the town center, across from the fire station and not far from the church.
It is an approximately 300-year-old, renovated half-timbered house.
A cozy wine café in the immediate vicinity invites you to linger. Wine testings are also available.
The old-town pub “Tommes” is just a short walk away. On the outskirts of town, there’s a beautiful, large outdoor swimming pool, as well as a Penny discount supermarket.
Manderscheid is the ideal starting point for hiking tours such as the Eifelstieg or the Lieserpfad.
Visit the castles of Manderscheid.
Hike to the maars of the Vulkaneifel.
Many other recreational activities are available in the surrounding area.
About the house: On the first floor, there is a small kitchen with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, 2 coffee makers, and everything else you’d expect to find in a kitchen. Next to the hallway with a coat rack is
the large living/dining room with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a cozy sitting area, a cabinet, a couch with a table, and a pellet stove. A cozy warmth awaits you.
On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The house is suitable for up to 4 people. Also on this floor is a small restroom and a washroom with a shower and a heated mirror.
The minimum stay is 4 nights.
In addition to towels and bed linens, the price also includes water, electricity, and heating costs.
The entire house has a living area of 87 square meters and, unfortunately, is not suitable for pets.
