Cozy modern cottage -2 Bedroom. & Private Pool-5min to Coral Bay

Welcome to sunny Peyia on Cyprus.

We would like to invite you to our modern and cosy holiday home. It is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac in "Lower Peyia" not far from the town centre and of course the sea. You can reach various bars and restaurants on foot in 15 minutes, but you are more flexible with a car, which we strongly recommend for your holiday here. Enjoy the spacious garden with plants, trees and shrubs surrounding the house and your own private pool. Relax with a freshly squeezed orange juice or a "Keo" on one of the sun loungers after a long dip in the pool and enjoy the privacy of the garden. It is "virtually" hidden from view! Sit down with an exciting book in the cosy lounge corner or plan your next excursions together at the large table on the terrace. Everyone will find their favourite spot here. After enjoying your home-cooked dinner on one of the barbecues or in one of the many restaurants in the area, round off the day with a glass of red wine on the balcony with a magnificent view of the sea and the valley, or enjoy the illuminated garden from the lounge corner, which has a very special flair in the dark.
Peyia is located in the south-west of the island and directly on the coast and is not just a feast for the eyes. The climate here is mild, which is the only reason why Cyprus bananas thrive perfectly in this region. Surrounded by the "Akamas" nature reserve, where every year You can explore the Akamas in your own car or book one of the numerous safaris, e.g. via Tripadvisor. We have compiled various excursion tips separately in our "House Guide", available a few weeks before travelling.

The beaches in the area are a crowd-puller, especially Coral Bay. With its azure waters and breathtaking views, it epitomises the beautiful nature for which the area is so well known. Whether you fancy a relaxing dip in the sea or a breathtaking jet ski ride, Coral Bay has something for everyone.

The house is equipped with air conditioning for the average 300 days of sunshine a year in Peyia. Double-glazed windows are installed so that it doesn't get too chilly in the house in spring or late autumn, and the central heating system allows me to comfortably raise the temperature on the really few cold nights. So you can feel at home in our holiday home 365 days a year.

If you have any special requests, such as collection from the airport, booking a hire car, shopping in advance and so on, please let us know :-) We will take care of it.

Beautiful property, well maintained and well appointed. Not your average sterile holiday villa but a well thought out holiday home with everything needed. Pool and outdoor spaces were fantastic and property is in a great location less than 5 mins drive away from Coral Bay beach and the main road with bars and restaurants etc. Owners were very helpful communicating useful information at appropriate times. Very clean on arrival, comfortable beds and a great shower - Highly recommended.

A Little Gem in Peyia!

The property was as described. All the furnishings inside and out were clean and well kept. The solar lighting and fountains all added to the ambience. Enough storage as well as wooden hangers rather than wire ones! Garden was particularly well laid out and private with enough shade and sun. The pool was clean and well looked after. Dirk was a great host and responded almost immediately to any queries. Bars and restaurants nearby. We also had Cleo the cat as our guest for the 2 weeks! Would highly recommend this villa.

Amazing Villa

Beautiful villa set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Very clean and has everything you need. We had a problem with a sink and a plumber was there within 30 mins. We are definitely staying there again.

Fantastic Villa!

If you want to stay in a gorgeous villa with a very private garden and pool, this is for you! You do need a car to travel to Paphos and Coral Bay, but it is well worth it! The villa is well appointed with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Unfortunately, the bars and restaurants are only accessible for a short car drive, and only open during the evenings. However, Paphos and Coral Bay are easily accessible by car. The hosts are fantastic and reply to any queries within minutes of any requests. We loved our two weeks there. The villa is well appointed with everything you need! The pool and gardens are gorgeous. Thank you for allowing us to share your fabulous second home! Kind Regards Dawn and Phil x

Great Villa for Peyia & Coral Bay Location

We booked this villa as a family trip to see my parents who had moved to Peyia, the villa is in a quiet cul de sac with lots of parking, we arrived late evening but with the welcome pack we received in advance, getting access to the villa was easy, this has got to be the cleanest villa we have ever booked, our hosts had left us with some supplies should we need them along with a bottle of wine & snacks to enjoy after a long days travel, the kitchen had tea & coffee and ice packs for taking to the beach in the cool bags, while we didn't use them is was a nice touch to have them if we needed to use. 2 Large bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space and a nice balcony for enjoying our morning coffee, the open plan downstairs was nice to have sofa with Sonos music sound system which we had on most days while enjoying the warmth. With it being walking distance to my parents we have shared the info for booking with 3 other families who come to the area as we could not recommend here more highly, Thanks again for letting us stay at your villa :)

Fabulous Villa near to coral bay in Peyia

This is a fantastic villa, it has been fitted out with high end German appliances which are all like new. The villa has high quality furniture, which gives the interior a really bright modern feel. There is a blender for preparing your cocktails and several coffee makers to get you going in the morning. There's lots of nice touches like a cooler bag for the beach ⛱ with plenty of cooling material to keep it cool, the kitchen has wonderfully sharp knifes and had everything you need if one loves to cook. Inside the TV has plenty of UK or other channels to choose from and the Sonos sound system works a treat. There is air conditioning along side fans that keep the villa lovely and cool. The villa is 3 bed, but Dirk the owner keeps one room locked for his personal items. This means your getting really good size space down stairs. The rear bedroom has a lovely balcony, which you can just see the sea. This overlooks the pool which is very private. The pool is a good size to swim and the garden has a lovely bushes and flowers in. It actually has 2 bbqs, coal or gas which is fantastic in the cyprus sun. Its very secure and a nice neighbourhood. It's around 3 km to the beach and you can walk to the nearest restaurant bars 10-15 mins. We had a car which is best, but there are buses that run nearby. I loved this place and can't wait to return. On booking Dirk sends you some good sugeestions for places to visit....I highly recommend these also. Thanks 10/10

Maison proche de la mer et proche de magasin

Maison trÚs agréable dans une impasse. Proche des magasins (5 minutes), de la mer (10 minutes), de restaurants et de pubs trÚs sympathiques. La maison est bien aménagée et à tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. L'aménagement extérieur est trÚs bien et agréable. Le quartier est tranquille. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingericht. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Vermieter Dirk und Anke sind sehr freundlich und reagieren sehr schnell auf Anfragen.Der Pool wird auch 2x in der Woche gereinigt. In der Umgebung gibt viele Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Ich empfehle ein Motorboot in Latchi zu mieten. Das geht mit einem PKW FĂŒhrerschein.Vielen Dank an Dirk und Anke fĂŒr die schöne Ferienunterkunft.

Top Unterkunft Familienurlaub

Wir waren in der Unterkunft als Familie (2E+2J) fĂŒr 2 Wochen. Die Beschreibung des Inserats wird vor Ort noch ĂŒbertroffen. Die Villa mit Pool war sehr sauber und schön. Zwingend erforderlich ist ein Mietwagen, da der Weg zum Meer doch einen lĂ€ngeren Fußmarsch wĂ€re. Wir waren zum 1.Mal auf Zypern und fĂŒr einen tollen Badeurlaub ist die Region um Pegeia wirklich optimal und sehr zu empfehlen, wobei die Temperaturen um die 35°-40°C dann doch nicht ohne sind, so dass die im Haus vorhanden KlimagerĂ€te, vorallem Nachts, zwingend auch benötigt werden. Also fĂŒr einen Badeaufenthalt kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank nochmals an Anke & Dirk

2 erholsame Wochen auf Zypern

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein tolles Haus, was mit viel Liebe eingerichtet ist. Super schöner Garten und Pool. Wir haben es genossen am Abend auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Es ist alles vorhenden, was man benötigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas abseits in einer Sackgasse. Es ist etwas weiter zum Einkauf, so dass man dafĂŒr schon ein Auto benötigt (ca. 6 Minuten mit dem Auto). DafĂŒr ist es aber sehr ruhig und man kann völlig entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeberpaar war perfekt. Wir haben auf alle Fragen sofort eine Antwort erhalten und man hat gemerkt, dass Sie bemĂŒht sind, den GĂ€sten einen schönen Aufenthalt zu gewĂ€hrleisten. Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass es fĂŒr uns ein schöner Urlaub war.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend Peyeias. Wir haben dort drei wundervolle Wochen verbringen dĂŒrfen. Das Haus war mit allem und mehr ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub benötigt. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso wie der Außenbereich mit Pool. Hilfreich waren die Tipps mit Ausflugszielen und dergleichen. Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus, welches in einer Sackgasse liegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Ein Auto wird empfohlen wenn man AusflĂŒge unternehmen möchte. Paphos, Polis, Coral Bay usw. waren von dort aus gut erreichbar, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wenn uns eine Reise nochmal nach Zypern fĂŒhrt, wird diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall unsere erste Wahl sein!

Top Ferienhaus - nur zu empfehlen - super Vermieter

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne und entspannte Wochen in der Villa Engelking. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wĂŒnschen kann. 3 Klimaanlagen, TV mit vielen mehrsprachigen Sendern, u.a. Sky, Entertainmentsystem, Ventilatoren, KĂŒche mit allen erforderlichen GerĂ€ten, Waschmaschine usw. die Terrasse bietet 2 Bereiche mit je 4 schattigen und bequemen SitzplĂ€tzen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und wird mindestens einmal in der Woche vom Poolboy ĂŒberprĂŒft. Es sind genĂŒgend bequeme Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. DarĂŒber hinaus bietet der Garten immer ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen zum verweilen. Ein Auto ist dringend zu empfehlen, um die vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, StrĂ€nde und Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Sehr genaue Tipps befinden sich in einer Mappe um Haus. GenĂŒgend Parkplatze befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, Die Nachbarn haben wir so gut wie nicht bemerkt. DarĂŒberhinaus haben wir die Gesellschaft von 2 kleinen Samtpfoten genossen, die sehr lieb und zutraulich waren. Daher eine Bitte an alle die sich fĂŒr dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus entscheiden, nehmen Sie sich ein wenig Zeit fĂŒr die Kleinen und tun was fĂŒr Ihr Wohlbehagen :). Unsere sehr freundlichen Vermieter waren jederzeit zu erreichen und gaben uns viele hilfreiche Tipps. Vor Ort haben Sie mit Rob einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner. Erholung pur

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, von der abendlichen Abholung am Flughafen bis zum morgendlichen wieder Hinbringen (3 Uhr), durch den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Rob (Ansprechpartner vor Ort). Selbst der Mietwagen stand schon vor unserer wunderschönen Unterkunft bereit. DafĂŒr von uns auch noch einmal "ganz lieben Dank". Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestatten, was man ĂŒber die Urlaubszeit benötigt. Das macht das eigene GepĂ€ck leichterđŸ€—. Es war einfach traumhaft schön. Das Domizil spendet einem viel Ruhe und zugleich AbkĂŒhlung durch den Pool, auf den wir uns sehr freuten , wenn wir den ganzen Tag lang unterwegs waren.😄 Auch die beiden sĂŒssen Katzen, die wir Loki und Lissi genannt haben , bescherten uns tĂ€glich Freude . Wir vermissen sie schon. Das Meer und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und an jeder Ecke gibt es leckeres Essen. Es ist einfach eine super schöne Insel die ein Klebeeffekt hat. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen . Die unklompizierte Kommunikation mit Dirk und Anke laden regelrecht dazu ein unseren nĂ€chsten Urlaub dort noch einmal zu verbringen. Vielen lieben Dank fĂŒr alles. Nils ,Nancy und Thomas

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil auf Zypern

Schon vor der Reise war der gesamte Ablauf sehr unkompliziert. Alle Fragen, die wir hatten wurden umgehend und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Als wir dann in Zypern ankamen erwartete uns ein Haus, dass noch schöner ist, als auf den Fotos im Internet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und heimisch gefĂŒhlt. Alles wurde mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Außenanlage mit dem Pool ist einfach nur herrlich! So fĂŒhlt sich Urlaub an. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne StrĂ€nde, gute Restaurants, einen großen Supermarkt
 es mangelt einem an nichts. Auch wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs hatten wir einen sehr guten und freundlichen Kontakt zu den EigentĂŒmern des Hauses. Unser Fazit: ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage.

Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten mit zwei Terrassen und Pool ermöglicht auch einen RĂŒckzug in den kĂŒhlenden Schatten.

Zypern im FrĂŒhling

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man fĂŒhlt sich sofort wohl. Die Tipps zum Einkauf, AusflĂŒge und Restaurants waren hilfreich und man konnte seine Seele mal baumeln lassen. Empfehlenswert!

Zeer compleet en heerlijk rustig gelegen

Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging in een rustige wijk en toch dicht bij alle voorzieningen. Enige verbeterpunt is uitleg werking verwarming, airco en tv
