The flat is on the semi-basement floor with small windows.
During the cold winter, you would find the nice warm floor heating comfortable to use.

CraftFlat Kalamaja is located on the small alley called Tööstuse, which is only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Old Town, and an easy 15-minute walk in any direction will take you to a whole different side of the city, including Lennusadam (Pier) and Telliskivi areas.

Tööstuse is conveniently located in the middle of Kalamaja, with a short 10-minute walk to the famous Old Town.
Bus stop Kungla, 2-minute walk.
Bus top Põhja puiestee 9 min walk.


※ NO SMOKING inside the house or on the window. Standing and smoking in front of the building entrance are also not allowed.
